sat sep 25 12-2pm
This time of year our environment – both internal and external –
goes through a shift from the long, hot days of summer to the
cool, crisp and shorter days of fall. The earth has its routines
to keep itself healthy and balanced and we also need to switch
our daily practices to accommodate the change.
In this class we will look at the tools and recommendations
Ayurveda makes to help us stay healthy and balanced during the
fall season. If you usually find yourself with dry skin,
constipation, anxiety, sleeplessness and a general restlessness
– you can’t afford to miss this class! Bring a friend, bring a
notebook and prepare for the healthiest fall yet!

sat sep 25 2-4pm
A beautiful combination of yoga and writing to help us center and balance as we shift into the fall season. Using Yoga postures and chanting, we will tune in to and relax the mind and body. Then folding in expressive writing, we will take the journey further, opening up all of our senses and bringing awareness to what the change of season means for each of us. $20 / please pre-register
