Mudita Yoga Center is dedicated to sharing the practice of Yoga. Translated from Sanskrit, mudita describes a sympathetic joy... a wish for everyone to experience joy. This is exactly what we strive to cultivate - an atmosphere of rejoicing in our own and others happiness and wishing all beings everywhere be happy and free.
At Mudita you will find a
welcoming and comfortable
atmosphere. A space that is intimate and
peaceful. Classes that are accessible to
everyone
regardless of flexibility or level of fitness. A
philosophy that yoga is
anything which brings balance and
unity into our lives.
We offer classes, workshops and gatherings that include yoga, ayurveda, cooking, art, music, writing, chanting, meditation and the study of yoga philosophy.
